Meditation Benches (Folding)
These beautiful, handmade, solid wood folding meditation benches offer an all natural, hand rubbed oil finish (no urethane) complete with the Infinite Light Yoga logo. (about the Logo)
These benches make sitting meditation more comfortable for knee, feet, hip or back sensitivity and allows for effortless spinal alignment.
You can sit cross legged or in Virasana (legs folded straight back).
The pine benches are clear finished, light weight; about 3.0 lbs.
The oak benches, beautiful grainy character offer a rich, golden finish; about 4.0 lbs.
The bench seats measure 18.75" by 7.0" and unfolded, the height from the floor to the underside of the bench is 5.75” in the front, and 7.25” in the rear.
Both benches are hinged and fold flat for storage and easy transportation to classes.
