Infinite Light Center provides a sanctuary for wellness, offering services & programs that inspire and empower you to live your best life. It is our belief that wellness is best addressed through a holistic approach, with attention to the body, mind, spirit, and emotions. Our programs have been designed with you in mind; to help you achieve & maintain wellness on all levels.

Infinite Light Center is the home of Infinite Light Yoga, which offers ongoing and series yoga classes appropriate for all levels of experience, including our signature ILY Multi-level Yoga, Flow & Gentle Yoga classes. Our specialty is leading experiential, multi-level classes that include classical Hatha Yoga postures, breathing, meditation, & relaxation techniques. Our classes are led in such a way that, regardless of age, ability or physical condition, students of all levels can practice together as a group.

The Infinite Light Yoga School's 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training offers a comprehensive & transformational certification program approved by Yoga Alliance. You'll learn to teach, as well as embody the principles of classical yoga, and graduate with the skills you need to be an excellent yoga teacher. If you aspire to become a trained professional yoga teacher or are ready to explore a deeper level of practice, this is the ideal program for you.

Infinite Light Center for Yoga & Wellness also offers a variety of wellness services that are integrative in nature. We believe in a collaborative approach to wellness; one in which the client and practitioner work closely together with the goal of health at all levels (physical, emotional, mental, & spiritual).

Our team of Wellness Practitioners offers a variety of safe, non-invasive, proven therapies, designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Services include Massage Therapy, Energy Medicine/ Reiki, Counseling/ Empowerment, and Reiki Certification Training.

Infinite Light Center for Yoga & Wellness is an 11,000 square foot facility located at 6499 E. Seneca Turnpike in Jamesville, NY. The center was founded by Tony & Mary Riposo, whose mission is to provide opportunities for the Central New York community to experience enhanced health and well-being through a variety of classes, sessions, & trainings.
