Corporate Yoga and Employee Wellness Programs

An employee who is in good health is more productive than one who is not.

ILY’s corporate program is designed as a cost-efficient means for a company to provide an important health benefit to their employees.

We offer a 50-minute yoga class (includes breathing, yoga exercises and relaxation). ILY can bring instructors to your facility. The class can be scheduled during the day, after the workday is concluded or on the weekend. A 90-minute class is available upon request.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Company Paid Plan
Cost to company is $80 per class. We offer 4 and 8-week sessions with classes once a week. Company pre-pays ILY directly for total number of classes per session. ILY can track and report attendance to company on a weekly basis.

Company Incentive Plan
Company can pay a portion or percentage of the class fee either to ILY or to the employee directly to assist in the cost of a wellness program. Cost for the company incentive plan is $8.00 per participant based on an 8-student minimum. We offer 4 and 8-week sessions with classes once a week. ILY can track and report attendance to company on a weekly basis.

Employee Group Plan
Employees are responsible for the full cost of classes. Cost is $8 per employee based on an 8-student minimum. We offer 4 and 8-week sessions with classes once a week. ILY can track and report attendance to company on a weekly basis.

Off-site Plan
If you do not have a facility to accommodate a corporate yoga program and would like to provide this benefit to your employees, we hold several 90-minute classes each week, in and around the Syracuse area. We can offer your employees a company discount based on the number of attendees.

Infinite Light Yoga can also provide Wellness and Leadership Training, Corporate Workshops and Retreats. A company can choose from one of our established programs or one can be specialized for your company’s individual goals. The cost of a leadership training, workshop or retreat is based on length of session, location and instructor.
